Kids Manic was everything I thought it would be and so much more! I had the pleasure of watching my young daughter participate and the honor of being an assistant Coach; a unique perspective to tell you that this program is awesome! Planting the seeds of movement in our youth is so important in creating healthy lifelong habits! I was so impressed to see the way Coach Pam led the way with her dependable leadership and creative and engaging workouts. The kids came excited each session and even committed to memorizing the Manic motto, “To create a culture and environment that builds strong bodies, minds, friendships and community,” which really impressed me! The strength and confidence that the kids developed each session and exuded at the end of the summer was truly beautiful! Lastly, I absolutely loved getting to meet my strong Manic friend’s strong kids- The Manic family is special!

Manic Training Kids was a wonderful experience for our family. We love the philosophy of being ‘ready for life’ with our kids so they can enjoy the many other areas of their fitness as well as their whole selves. We also enjoyed the benefit of having all our kids in the gym at the same time instead of running them around to their different sports. And to top it all off…they had a blast!

My boys (11 & 8) both enjoyed Manic Kids. They loved challenging themselves and learning how to move their body in different ways. I saw their resilience strengthen! It was great to see them encourage other kids, too.

They looked forward it every week and loved talking about the activities they did and how they felt stronger afterwards. We were wondering how they would do with an exercise class like this, but Pam designed the course to be game-like, with exercises embedded into the fun. We will definitely be signing up again in the future!rning how to move their body in different ways. I saw their resilience strengthen! It was great to see them encourage other kids, too.

My son, who is 10 loved doing Manic Kids. He was shy at first, but the obstacles and activities really brought him out of his shell. Also, a couple weeks in, he broke his arm [from a bicycle accident] and had a cast and the coaches did modifications so he could still participate. The coaches are so encouraging and come up with fun activities every session.
