Our new Manic Kids Fitness Course turns exercise into pure fun: building strength, confidence, and coordination through games, challenges, and age-appropriate workouts.

Each session is a 6-week course.

Hi, I’m Coach Pam, and I’m thrilled to bring energy, fun, and movement to every Manic Kids class! With a Master’s degree in Sport Pedagogy and a K–12 Physical Education license, I’ve dedicated my career to helping kids build confidence, strength, and a love for lifelong fitness.

I’ve taught and coached across all age groups—from kindergarten through high school—and currently serve as Head Girls Lacrosse Coach for the Poudre School District Stars, where I’ve led teams to playoffs and even earned the honor of USA Colorado Coach of the Year (2024). Beyond the field, I’ve built programs, camps, and clinics that give kids a chance to grow not only as athletes but as teammates and leaders.

At Manic Training, I’ve been coaching since 2017, helping both kids and adults push themselves in a supportive and fun environment. My approach with kids’ classes is all about movement with purpose—combining functional fitness, games, and teamwork so kids can develop coordination, endurance, and resilience while having a blast.

I believe fitness should feel like play. My goal is to make sure every child leaves class sweaty, smiling, and proud of what they’ve accomplished. Whether it’s racing through obstacle courses, working together in team challenges, or learning new skills, Manic Kids is a space where every child can shine.
