Our new 6-week Manic Kids Fitness Course is designed to keep your child moving, smiling, and building healthy habits for life. In each high-energy session, kids will learn proper exercise techniques, develop strength, balance, and coordination, and discover the joy of movement—all in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Through games, team challenges, and age-appropriate workouts, they’ll not only get stronger physically but also grow in confidence, focus, and resilience.
